Ingredients:

•1 ½ lbs ground beef

•2 cups cooked white rice

•1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

•½ cup milk

•1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

•1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

•¼ tsp garlic powder

•¼ tsp onion powder

•Salt & pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Cook the Beef

•In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

•Drain excess fat.

Mix It Up

•In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.

Assemble

•Spread mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish.

•Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.

Bake

•Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and cheesy on top.
